An EndingWith each step the children took they came further out of the piper's mesmerizing grip. They began to realize their surrondings, and the absence of their parents. The song began to change, becoming more harsh and discordant.  The child that followed right behind the piper immediately stopped skipping and fell to the ground. He thought, "Where am I?
